Do I need to wet the vest?
No. It uses frozen cooling packs.
Why is the vest shorter than other dog clothing?
The vest is intentionally designed to cool the chest area where major blood vessels such as the lungs, heart, and aorta are located. Cooling these areas helps lower the temperature of the blood circulating throughout the dog's body, which helps reduce overall body temperature more effectively.
Is it safe for dogs?
Yes. The materials are non-toxic and designed for pets.
Why does the Horay vest lastlonger than others?
Unlike standard wet vests that rely onevaporation and dry out quickly, Horay uses Advanced Japanese ICP(Innovation Cooling Pack).
Our cooling packs maintain a constant,comfortable 15°C (59°F) for up to 4 hours, even in highhumidity where other vests fail.

What should I do if I receive a defective item?
All of our products come with a 30-day warranty from the date of purchase covering manufacturing defects.
If your product has a manufacturing issue, Horay World will gladly accept the item for a return or exchange, provided we are notified or the item is returned to our head office within 30 days of purchase.
To start the defect-related return process, please email us at support@horayworld.com with your order details and a description (or photos) of the issue.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We accept returns and exchanges for items in new, unworn, and unaltered condition within 15 days of delivery.
To qualify for a full refund or exchange, items must be free of any customer damage, with all original Horay World tags still attached, and in their original packaging (such as plastic bags or clothing boxes).
- Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping fees as well as the shipping costs for exchanged items, unless the return is due to an error or damage caused by Horay World. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Note: We are not responsible for packages lost in transit. We highly recommend using a shipping service with a tracking number for your return.
