Returns

Horay World will accept for return or exchange, items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered and free of damages by the customer. For a full refund or exchange, please contact us within 14 days from the receipt of original order. The items must be returned with all the Horay World tags still attached and must be in their original packaging such as plastic bags or clothing boxes. Your Item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.  If the your return is approved, we will then issue a refund to your account. Shipping fees will not be refunded unless the errors/damages are caused by Horay World.

 

Faults with Item

Horay World will accept items that have issues if notified or returned to the head office within 30 days from the date of purchase. To begin the returns process we will need the following details sent to contact1@horay-world.com.

Warranty Periods for manufacturing defects:

All Cooling Products. 30 days from the date of purchase

  

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
