How to Use

1. Freeze cooling packs in a freezer for at least 12 hours
2. Insert cooling packs into the brace
3. Simply wrap the brace around your elbow, knee or shoulder and fix it with Velcro strap. It only takes 1.5 seconds!
4. Use only for 10-20 minutes to cool down a pain area rapidly
