How to Use
- Freeze cooling packs in a freezer for at least 12 hours
- Insert cooling packs into the brace
- Simply wrap the brace around your elbow, knee or shoulder and fix it with Velcro strap. It only takes 1.5 seconds!
- Use only for 10-20 minutes to cool down a pain area rapidly
