Caring for your dog during warm weather
(Reference: RSPCA)
Did you know that dogs cannot sweat like humans? Since they walk so close to the pavement and cannot release the body heat easily, they are susceptible to heatstroke. Some areas of U.S. start hitting 80s in April and 90s in May. It is never too early for you to start thinking about your friend's health in warm/hot weather.
This image came from RSPCA website. You can print out a PDF version from the website as well. If you own a dog, you probably know all these facts and do everything to protect your pal. But it is always a good idea to review beforehand and remind yourself about these facts.
There are lots of products available to keep them cool. Our Horay Cooling Comfort Vest works longer than other brands and remains dry. You don't need to wet the vest every so often like evaporative ones, and you will be able to find a perfect size for your dog as we have XS to XL. For you, we do offer several types of cooling vests and comfortable back supports to go along with your dog.
We hope you and your friend to have a wonderful memorable summertime together!
